By accessing or using SalonAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

SalonAI is a software tool that generates text content for US local beauty businesses, including social media captions and Google review reply drafts. SalonAI does not automatically post to social platforms, manage appointments, or respond to reviews on your behalf unless you manually copy and publish content.

Accounts & acceptable use

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use SalonAI for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Generated content is provided as drafts — you are responsible for reviewing before publishing.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until canceled through your account billing portal or by contacting support.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Merchant of Record). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Free plan usage is subject to weekly generation limits.
• Lifetime (LTD) purchases grant permanent access to Individual plan features as described at purchase.
• Refunds: first-time subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Disclaimer

SalonAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, search rankings, review outcomes, or booking increases. AI-generated text may occasionally require editing before use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalonAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
